"12/30/2025 UPDATE: Today, I had occasion and need to visit Mr. Holt's office to discuss a new situation. For this service call, I was assisted by Mr. Ethan Lincoln (another one of Mr. Holt's account managers), and like Ms. Kate Gibson before him, Mr. Lincoln was also most helpful, listening and understanding my current issue and pledging to help "fix" it. In short, it was the same excellent customer service that I received from Ms. Gibson previously. Mr. Holt seems to have a real solid staff, most courteous and capable. Per the wall poster mounted behind Mr. Lincoln's desk, "Who Needs Batman, When State Farm Is There." Again, like before, Mr. Holt's State Farm staff was there for me again. That said, I don't care about giving 15 minutes of my time and trying to save 15% or more. Instead, I have a supportive, responsive and locally-based insurance agent in Mr. Holt and staff, whom I can discuss business with, in-person, face-to-face, and who all seem like they will always be there for me and my family's needs. Cheers to them all! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was with another State Farm agent for over thirty years. During those thirty-plus years with my prior agent, I got accustomed to good, “Lawrence-like-friendly,” professional customer service. However, with the retirement of my prior agent (I even outlasted him), my policies transferred and eventually landed with Justin Holt’s State Farm agency. In the few months since the transfer of my business to Mr. Holt’s agency, my needs for policy service have been modest: a voice-mail-based transaction with Mr. Holt himself and multiple, phone-based service calls with Ms. Kate Gibson. That said, my initial impressions of Mr. Holt and Ms. Gibson are both very good. The service is responsive, timely, capable, and very professional, courteous, and respectful, everything that over the decades, I have come to expect from State Farm. Such service reminds me of their highly advertised slogan (I wish I could get it to stop playing in my head), “Like a good neighbor, State Farm Is there.” Well, for good “neighborly” service, Mr. Holt and his staff are there for you."
